Eligibility for Returns

 

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

  • Please include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • Customized or discounted items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

 

 


 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.

  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless faulty).

 

 


 

 

Return Process

  2. Attach photos of the item and describe the issue.

  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup through our courier partner (return shipping costs may apply depending on the reason for return).

 

 


 

 

Refunds

 

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or via bank transfer.
