However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

Please include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Customized or discounted items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless faulty).
Return Process

Attach photos of the item and describe the issue.

Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup through our courier partner (return shipping costs may apply depending on the reason for return).
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or via bank transfer.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
